There is no news so far whether ban will end on 31st Dec or extended, even though most fear latter will happen and also unclear if extended when Biden will lift the Ban.

However there is a court case with class certification and prelim injunction scheduled on Jan 22nd and all it takes for Biden administration is NOT argue for the ban and then it will be gone.

Bottom-line hopefully it will end by 22nd Jan latest. Any comments ?

No need to rely on Facebook groups for information on that.  The official source states -- "Sec. 4.  Termination.  This proclamation shall expire on December 31, 2020, and may be continued as necessary."

We will find out soon enough if the ban will be extended.

There are people that dont know exactly how expiring proclamations work, neither did I.

I also didn't know about proclamations before.  I was simply suggesting that instead of relying on unconfirmed information on Facebook, why not refer directly to the official source?

This. Or Google some immigration law blogs. Facebook is a fountain of misinformation.

Hello everyone!

I am US citizen and have applied for my father. His case is approved and every thing has completed on september 2020. Since then we are waiting for his interview letter but nothing has come yet.
I called NVC and asked them. They told they have everything. They dont want any thing else. Its just they have to sent my father’s interview letter. I am waiting for that since 2020.
I want to know that does someone else here waiting for their parents interview letter? Or how long they take to send the letter?

Please if anyone know reply me!

Thanks
