I'm filling out the I-485 for a K-1 visa status adjustment and Part 1, section 11 asks for our "USCIS Online Account Number (if any)" and I'm not sure what - if anything - they want.

I have a couple of old numbers from Notice of Action receipts from a couple of years ago, though they don't fit the 12 spaces allotted on this form (and I have different ones for different notices). In my records I have a 10-digit number that start with "A..." and a 13 digit "receipt"  number that starts with "WAC..".  But all of this is dealing with the initial K-1 visa paperwork.

Is that what they want, or do I not have a number yet for this part of the process? I figure I can leave it blank and wait for a Request later, but I'd rather avoid that hassle if I could. Logging into my USCIS account didn't help other then to let me view those really old notices.

Any help is much appreciated as this is the last thing I need to figure out for this particular form (then it's on to the other 12.... :).

Ok, thanks. I'll go with that - though it seems like since I have an online USCIS Account, then I should have a number...

I started working on the I-765 and it also wanted that number. The instruction for this one said you could find it on your "Profile" page, but there is no such option.

If you come with an immigrant visa, you will have it. Otherwise, it won't be available for you.
