Trying to upload documents to NVC

The files are less then 2MB and in PDF format.

but I keep getting this message.

Hope you sorted this out already. But if not, call NVC and quote your case number and the error received. The agent will probably connect you to their IT support team.

I figure it out.....I was using Chrome to upload the documents and it wasn't working so I tried internet explorer and it worked

It's weird, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

 

Don't forget to update your timeline

Glad it worked out! When I was submitting, it didn't work on any browser for about 2 days. Good luck!
