WAC Filers (California service center) Case Transferred

Did anybody else not get email/text notifications? I've signed up for them in both my USCIS accounts, the egov.usics.gov and my.uscis.gov, but didn't get anything.

You guys should install the "Lawfully" app. It is pretty good giving updates right when it comes out. I have signed for updates on the USCIS portal, but it was ~12 hours behind the app i cited.

I looked at Lawfully. I just don’t like how expensive it is to use their other features like Case Analysis.

The process tracking and alert are free. I know they have other features, but I don't pay for it.

Just checked case.

Fingerprints applied yesterday Jan 21st.

Was transferred to NBC on Jan 13th.

Congrats, and thanks for sharing it.

It is hard to understand the USCIS logic: My case was filled to WAC and transferred to NBC before yours, and I have not gotten my biometrics waiver yet.

I suspect yours will be coming in the next few days. It looks like they are doing a lot in batches right now.

Hello guys. I got an update that uscis reused my biometrics. It was much faster than i expected, only 2 days from an update of case being moved from WAC to another uscis office. My timeline looks like this now:

 

Filed : March 2020

1/19/21 and 1/20/21 Notification of case being transferred from WAC 

1/22/21 Fingerprints reused

 

Still praying and hoping we can dodge the interview. Me and hubby are still happily married, but we were a tad slim with evidence last year. 😁

Case was transferred January 1/19/2021. then 

Case was transferred again January 1/20/2021 I got update today 
Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken 1/22/2021
I dont know yet which office will be mine ! also I am using lawfully too its free better than case tracker app.

Hi everyone

 

I got an update as well, Bay Area January 2020 filler, no updates until January 19th when case was transferred and then on January 22nd they apply fingerprints as well.

10 April, 2020 - Case Received - WAC;

19 Jan, 2021 - Case Transferred - Still waiting for letter to let me know where it got transferred to;

22 Jan, 2021 - As of January 22, 2021, fingerprints relating to your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number WACXXXXX, have been applied to your case;

 

Next Steps: Submit N400 first week of March 2021 to get a possible combined Interview and decision on I-751 whenever.

 

The LAWFULLY APP is estimated around April, 2021 for a decision.
