Is there a point in calling uscis to get more info about the case? Seems like rarely anyone has been waiting since March 2020 with absolutely no updates until now. No bio, no nothing.

IMHO: I would not. I have seen plenty of cases on the same situation. If you have the biometrics done already, i would give 4-6 weeks from the transfer date to NBC before calling them. Otherwise, I would give 2-3 months after the transfer.

I will leave it up to you tho.

all i know when i called them

last time was its hard to get ahold to any agent, most of the time i ended up with the automated voice but then again when i get the chance to talked to an agent all she told me is that it take 2 years for ROC to be process instead of 1 year due to pandemic covid19 and i notice

that some waited for 6 months before they got their biometrics and in your case as i can see you need to contact them for your biometrics coz some says they waived theirs or they just reused their old biometrics from their AOS

hope this help🙏🏻

I hadn’t updates til I did request my extension letter or receipt notice, other way is just wait and wait, and still waiting up to reach over the processing time expected at the time you reach it.

Is your case worst than this scenario? I meant didn’t you get your extension letter? Hopefully you did.

I wait for 8 months til see movement ( even if only transferring notice 😂)

That's awesome, at least it's making its way to the finish line. Did you updated it on the spreadsheet?

Yeah, glad to see things moving. It looks like not long after the case gets transferred approvals happen so we will see.
In terms of the spreadsheet, I have no idea what spreadsheet you are talking about.

It's a spreadsheet where we updated any new info on our case, but they only have one for September filers and October filer

Thanks for sharing your experience. I bet you anything that it was due to the N400 application.. Either way, I think the transferred folks with no biometrics waiver/appointment on WAC will start to getting it in the next weeks.

Good news everyone. I just saw in another ROC group on FB a July 2020 WAC filler transferred to NBC with no biometrics to have her biometrics re-used today. So I guess we may see many people posting on it here.

I am assuming it was because of the N-400 application as well. I do see that things are starting to pick up so hopefully in the next few weeks we start getting approvals like you say.
