Another WAC filler.

Filled March 2020. No biometrics.

Got 2 updates yesterday.

First Update 1/19/21 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another USCIS office.

Second Update 1/20/21 On January 20, 2021, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case.

Must say I'm pretty nervous and stressed. Why two? And why not biometrics? I dread another interview. :(

I've called the number and for the first one automated voice said that it was transferred for professing now it just says new USCIS office.

Good luck to us all...

It looks like we all got two notifications a day apart. If have no idea why but it seems to be the case. You were probably transferred to NBC in Lee's Summit like the rest of us.

I just saw your local office is Santa Ana! I'm also in Orange County, you'll probably receive your letter pretty soon!

Most people here are on the same boat: transfer to NBC, two alerts, no biometrics. I would not stress too much about. Let's just sit and wait.

I also noticed that both email notifications from USCIS have status case as Initial Review.

Yes I am in OC. :) Waiting for the mailman right now.  Approval for i485 went smooth and interview was easy. We got approved after 30 seconds.  Staying hopeful that this goes smooth as well and the transfer is just a formality.

Nothing to worry about. If anything, you should be happy that it was transferred sooner rather than later.

My case was also transferred before getting a biometrics appointment/waiver; it seems that it happened to most filler from May/June/July +

Oh that’s good! Well, I guess I’ll just keep on waiting then :)

Wow! Congratulations 🎉 Can you share what are the evidence did you sent with your I-751?

Thank you. Not that much different than out AOS. Just added new bills and new bona fides.
