Yeah... I'm a July filler, and I have noticed that WAC June + months did not have the biometrics yet.

By the way, I'm part of a ROC group on facebook, and I noticed that that some people who had their WAC case transferred to NBC took them between 3-6 weeks to get it approved. They had the biometrics taken already before the transfer tho.

Yeah! Great news! I filed last week of Feb 2020 and got transferred two weeks after your date around Dec 16, 2020. They reused my fingerprint back in Sep 2020. Waiting for the good news to happen, hopefully this month!

I haven't filed N-400 and I assume most people on here haven't either, some of them are not even eligible yet.

I have given up trying to find logic with USCIS. Hopefully they will get to your case soon!

I don't know if you guys know this, but on the USCIS tool, case tracker app, you can input your case and find the status of up to 500 cases after the inputted case number -- the tool also allows the user to filter by case type (I-751 for example).

What I noticed is that not all the ROC cases with the same time line as mine were transferred - which kind of explains why some cases are not transferred.

yes i saw that and it made me even more sad seeing cases filed after mine getting either approved or transferred and then approved. My case and earlier ones are still in limbo... I tried submitting an inquiry but it wouldn't let me since case is within processing timeline.

Maybe worth a call to USCIS? I am afraid they will just tell me to wait.

P.S. I had an interview during AOS and i am still married with all proofs sent, so i don't think there is any issue with that and i should hopefully get approved w/o interview. Just seeing so many WAC cases from mid 2020 get transferred or approved so early is devastating

As per your timeline it looks like you are eligible to file N400. It might be worth to apply to fasten the process, maybe!
