Case finally approved! Did not receive any email updates. Decided to hold off on filing N400 until July. Logged in after a long time to start the process, and to my pleasant surprise, found that the ROC was approved last week! 🥳

I received the same letter, which is strange as I already received that same notification back in October last year.

Filed i751 May 5th of 2020

Not sure what to make of this; we received by mail from USCIS three fingerprints reused notices, one at the end of October, one In February, and last week in July all from the California Service Center. USCIS transferred the i751 case to the National Benefits Center Dec 23rd for faster processing and I filed n400 in May 2021.

So if the NBC is handling our case why has the WAC sent us two redundant fingerprint reuse notices, I am little concerned that neither of the USCIS offices is working on our i751 application; ‘NBC thinks California is working on it and California thinks NBC is working on it’.

So the good news is USCIS has not forgotten about our case, just hope they sort out which office is working the case.

After 17 months of waiting, my ROC was finally approved today. I received an email and text on 7/9/2021 that my card had been ordered, and also text and email that my case was approved today and confirmation notice was mailed. Online status also confirmed the messages. No other messages or actions. I imagine I'll get text/email once 10-yeard GC is ready and mailed to me.

I submitted my N-400 application back in mid-March 2021 (based on 3-year rule married to USC). The only movement there has been confirmation receipt of the application and waiver of biometrics (or re-using ones on file). Not sure if the N-400 submission had any effect on this ROC approval, but the important part is that it's finally over and the N-400 is 4 months in. Also, no interview for this ROC process; did have it for the AOS though.

For those wondering, I'm a Bay Area WAC filer whose file was transferred to NBC in late December 2020.

Good luck to everyone in this long journey.

Our case was approved August 9, card in hand August 14. No Interview. Oct 2019 filers, it was a 22 month wait, brutal but we finally got what we wanted. Good luck to those who are still waiting, there will be light at the end of the tunnel somehow.

My case was approved on Friday October 8th. I received a text saying I had a case update, and when I logged in I had a message that says my new card is being produced.

Hopefully it's a good sign and others will see movement on their cases soon.

Kinda quite over here.

Anyone with some news?

Case was transferred in January of this year, and submitted last January and still no news, just that fingerprints had been reused, also in January.

Also, are they mailing new extension letters for 24 months? Mine for 18 has been expired.
