Hi all, wanted to share that our I-751 was approved. I signed up for text alerts but never got any throughout the entire process. Biometrics were waived about a month ago.

It says it was approved two days ago (2/23). I'm also signed up for USPS Informed Delivery and I just saw that the approval notice will be delivered to us today. I'm guessing the card will be arriving shortly (most likely early next week).

how to do that? i always talk to representative

can anyone here help me how to get ahold the tier 2? forst of all its hard to get ahold to a representative and once you got ahold of them they will just say process will be slow coz of covid. my point is they cant give me any answer regarding my case like my bio was not even waive or schedule it was just transferred

They likely won't let you talk to a tier 2 since you just recently filed your i-751 (september was only 5 months ago). They will let you talk to a tier 2 if you're out of normal processing time or at least close. Even before the pandemic most of waited for 7-10 months just to get a biometrics appointment.

I am a late July 2020 WAC filer that got transferred to NBC on Jan 7th. I just got my card in the mail today, petition approved last Friday. Funny, I got the biometrics reuse email after my petition was approved. Goodluck to all still waiting. Anyday now

Hello everyone. 

I have some good news to share. My status changed to Card is being produced today. 

It's been almost a year. 

 

Case Received (WAC) Mar 16, 2020

Case Transferred to NBC Jan 19, 2021

Case Transferred again Jan 20, 2021

Biometrics waived Jan 22, 2021

New Card is being produced Feb 25, 2021

 

No interview, or RFE. Adjusting from expired J1 visa. AOS interview - case approved on the spot. 

 

I haven't send a lot of evidence, spouse doesn't work atm and we don't have a lease on a mutual name. I have no utility bills on mine. 

I'm a little overthinker so I hope this means that I was approved      

 

Thank you everyone for words of support so far, this forum has been a life savior. God bless you all and I pray that everyone gets their green cards soon.

You are approved!! Congratulations. I was nervous about our evidence too. We also do not have a lease together, but we provided joint bank statements and some insurance paperwork. Looks like they're really working to clear the backlog.
