Hi everyone. I just have a question that is there anyone have case transferred from WAC to NBC and still keep waiting for 3 months. I see many people that get approved after only few weeks. I have my case transferred from Nov for speed up processing but I don't know what kind of speed up is this. So frustrated while seeing many people from Texas got approved after only 3 or 4 months. Not sure what wrong with this state, 😐?

i filed sept 2020 and case was transfered last jan 13, 2021 to NBC and no bio update still its a waiting game goodluck to our journey🙏🏻

Same here. I filed back in Dec 2019 and it has been a little over 2 months now since my case was transferred from WAC to NBC to speed up processing.☹️

Interestingly, the paper notice that says biometrics will be reused came from California Service Center. Even though my case was transferred to NBC about three weeks before the letter was sent.

I am pretty sure it is just part of processing but I just found it interesting.

Same thing here! I just received the letter today with the same addresses. It worries me that it might mean interview.

My case was transferred on the 19th of Jan and I got biometrics update on the 21st of Jan. Notice said case was transferred to NBC and biometrics notice was from WAC. :)

The thought of an interview just stresses me a lot. AOS was easy and fast, but I was very stressed about it. Just the thought of it again. UGH.

I highly doubt you will have an interview. From looking at past precedence those transferred to NBC are getting approved with no interview.

USCIS operations make no sense - I just saw in another group an October WAC ROC filler getting approved yesterday.

I know right, but good for that person and congrats to him/she. I hope we receive some good news like that very soon.

Do you mind sharing the other group forum? Because I want to be on top of everything that's going on.

Sure thing - it is fb group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1508984162719170; you will need to be approved by the admin to get in, but I don't see why you would not.
