Have you tried the search box on the upper right-hand side? Have you googled for an answer? Have you searched out other threads here on VJ to see if there are other discussion that you could be a part of the conversation to learn? There are so many options for you to pursue yet here you are in the same "groundhog" scenario.

I’ve searched for months out of VJ because I had a website error here. There is nothing I can do. I will be in Groundhogs Day indefinitely until approval. Processing times are increasing significantly and we can’t marry outside and do a 130. Not many Australian discussions in VJ K1.

They have not really "jumped the line".  If they have been approved while the rest are still suspended from processing, then they have actually shortened the process for the rest of the K1 applicants who were waiting "in the line" behind them.  When the embassies start normal K1 processing, these people will not be in the queue.

It's more of a win-win.  Being frustrated with DOS for not processing the K1's for normal applicants, I can understand.  But why be upset at the people who won their lawsuit and have their K1's processed while the embassy is idle?

+1 🙂

For every approved case, this means that the following cases are one step closer to getting approved as well. We’re all in this together.

These are literally headlines or links to articles of you asking others to complete their profiles. None of those links explain how I can personally file an expedition and there is success or route to it.

The only one was from 9/11! Like I said in my reply. Nothing recent. The others, weren’t K1. You should worry more about content then subject lines. So not only were you not helpful, but then decided to see yourself out without reading the threads you linked the convo to. Please continue to ask others to complete their profiles. You’re really great doing that.

Because the embassies are not idle right now, cases are being moved to "in transit" and people are scheduling interviews. So no, it is not shortening the process for us, you are incorrect in that assumption.

Except that they are idle? Have you emailed the embassy in Germany lately asking when they're going to to process your visa? What did they say?

I was talking with my Fiancé who is in a facebook group of K-1 Visa applicants who share their statuses. Supposedly a bunch of plaintiffs (K-1 Visa applicants) got together with an immigration attorney and sued the US Immigration in order to have their cases moved forward. Well... now most of those cases have been approved. This is incredibly frustrating as we have been waiting in line for our case to be moved from the NVC to the embassy, and now a bunch of selfish and impatient applicants have jumped the line.

Maybe you should do the same? Glad I did😁

The topic is not to be restarted.

Administrative action, some quite harsh, has been applied to 4 more accounts.
