So I’m filling for AoS,I’m adjusting my status from ESTA. In the form I-944 they ask about taxes and yes I did pay everything. I was a holder of J1 visa ( Au Pair) from Feb 2018 to Feb 2019. I did my taxes and now question, what kind of form should I put in my packet? I was trying to obtain it online but it didn’t work. The form for alien workers is way different, I have my proofs of payment and my tax returns, can I just put it in there? Also Au Pairs don’t get W2. Is my payment proof and tax return enough?
