Yes - it sounds like they've spread out all of the canceled March 2020 appointments that were originally scheduled but canceled due to Covid-19 - these are not expedites.  Just gathering information from the group text, there is 10 interviews tomorrow, 2 on the 19th, 1 on the 21st and 1 on the 28th.  These are just the ones that are aware in this group text of about 20 people.

This is very good news, and sounds like Bogota is slowly heading in the right direction.

This is great news! I am K1 but relieved to hear that that seem to be doing more than 1 interview per day. I hope they will start getting through the backlog. We were approved in March. Just waiting for Bogota to begin accepting all these approved petitions from NVC

I'm in a WhatsApp group of K1 and CR1 applicants.  One of the girls in the group that applied for K1 had her interview a couple days ago.  She previously had a scheduled appointment for March.  She was told that they have now finished (or maybe are finishing now) all of the March people and are moving toward the April people.  These are not people with emergency appointments.  So they are making progress, just at a snail's pace.

Awesome to hear. That is better than no movement at all by far. Hopefully Colombia doesn’t keep making the lockdown more strict.

Does anyone in your group have an updated P3 that they would mind sharing?

These are only the cancelled appointments? I wonder if they’re not resuming normal services until they get through all the cancelled interviews just to clear the backlog, and once the backlog is complete the embassy will start accepting cases from the NVC. Hopefully a few months before those of us with approved petitions from May will get the interview.

I haven't seen an updated P3-- I'm not sure if it has changed from the P3 prior to the pandemic.

So what is our best guess...I am sitting here doing math in my head 🤣 our petition was approved in March but it sits at the NVC along with everyone else. I wonder how long it will take the embassy to catch up. I wish I had numbers to plug in...X number of backlogged petitions, X number of petitions at NVC 🤣

I was thinking of going to visit my fiancé in a couple of months but I am wondering if we have any potential of getting our petition sent from the NVC in the first half of this year??

It sounds like Bogota has begun to schedule canceled March appointments.

I'm in a WhatsApp group text with a lot of people waiting, and they claim Bogota just sent out the rescheduling emails for those appointments today.

Hi....How can I get added to the WhatsApp group text?

My wife’s visa interview was scheduled on April 6th before it was canceled.

Thanks!!

Jim
