No K1 interviews scheduled since Nov 16th??

Lately it’s been slow for K1’s. Spousal applicants received January interview letters on December 11th but none have been provided for K1 applicants yet for January. It seems like there’s a pause on K1’s again. I understand a handful of K1 cases got transferred to the consulate a couple weeks ago but there have also been no K1 interviews scheduled yet for January. Anyone know why there’s a pause?

I think it’s too soon to say if there has been a pause.  November was K1, December was CR1/IR2 - and I was pleasantly surprised that the last  2 weeks of January was spousal as well.  I’m wondering if they may alternate months.  Since I’m in the next batch of CR1/IR1 IL’s, I am anticipating it could be March, as February will be dedicated to K1’s.  That would be a nice Valentine’s Day present!   We will find out in the next couple of weeks.

All weeks of January are CR1/IR1. I’ve seen some CR1/IR2 for first two weeks of January too. K1’s haven’t really seen any movement lately and the last interview date was December 7th for us which is why I’m getting kinda antsy again. I feel like if they were planning on doing both, they would’ve let K1’s know about Jan interviews the same time they let CR1s know about January interviews. Anyway nothing to do but wait of course  I really hope they go back to do them concurrently
