Hello guys

its been 8 days since my husband's case status changed from refused to ready. when I emailed the embassy yesterday asking them if his visa is issued because I can't check his status, they emailed me back saying this case is still being reviewed as a part of the administrative processing. I don't understand. why would they change it to ready if its still in AP?

I'm not sure....but the status you want is "Issued".

It bounces around after the interview quite a bit. From ready to adminstrative processing, to ready to who knows what. You are waiting for it to say issued, then you are Good.

Well, no one can say why, but here is my thought there is a possibility the visa was not printed before the status changed, but once you were cleared at the interview and not in AP it will be printed soon. There are instances where a machine for printing visa can even get faulty and all. Give it time Ready is a good word than AP

I wanted to say issued. I don't know   why it went back to ready check with them

No is not normal, but as they always say wait to receive your passport and visa before you make any traveling plans, for now just see it as a case in AP, there can be many factors that we don't know but am pretty sure Denial is not one of them as you have gone to Issue already. Good luck
