:dance::dance: Yay! The evidence we submitted for our RFE was sufficient. :dance::dance:

For those who have received a RFE, we resubmitted our information on May 30, 2007 and I received the email today, June 27, 2007. It's about a month between them receiving the additional evidence and producing the new card.

Woohoo! Now to decide if he wants to get his US Passport.

July 13, 2004 - I-130 NOA2 Approval from Vermont

July 25, 2004 - NVC Sends Affidavit of Support Fee Bill & DS 3032

July 30, 2004 - Melissa receives and pays Affidavit of Support Fee Bill and scans and emails DS 3032 to Mike for signature.

August 9, 2004 - NVC prints Visa Fee Bill (isn't that redundant??)

August 20, 2004 Melissa Receives and pays Visa Fee Bill

He first needs to naturalize and become a US Citizen before getting a US Passport. Only US Citizens can get a US Passport.

Can apply to naturalize 90 days before 3rd anniversary of LPR status that is 3 years from issue date of the conditional green card.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Right. That's what I was talking about. US Passport = Citizenship to us.
