As you can see it is working for me as that was a post from this morning. If you are trying to access from out of the US, try using a VPN and set your location to some city in the US. I use Atlanta as I am on the east coast of the US. Can't say that's the solution but that's what worked for me. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

You should start your own thread with this question and not hijack someone else's thread where your topic is not the same topic that's being discussed.

 

Check which embassies are processing different visa types. U.S. Visas If your results are 999 then they are not processing your visa type. Also, check with your embassy's website for the most current information.

 

Be a part of the conversation for your region or embassy. Go to the blue ribbon above, select "forums" then scroll about three-fourths of the page down and select the region that most represents where your country is located. Others from your area are more equipped to answer your questions specifically to your embassy. 

 

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

Web site still down for me here in Hawaii....been down since Saturday morning, my time.  I have tried clearing my cashe/deleting my cookies, using  different browser, still the same.....

Just got off the phone with NVC....there are aware of the system being down, but could not give any additional status updates....recommended I reach out to the U.S. Embassy in Manila to try and get an update on my case.

The page loads, but when you enter the information in for an immigrant or non immigrant visa the page doesn't doesn't load. Then if you click submit again it says you entered the captcha wrong.  Still down.

You choose DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application and then use "immigrant" and if returns nothing then try the same but substitute "non-immigrant".
