filling DS-260

Hi, I am currently filling out the DS-260 and not sure what to answer to this question - 'Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?' as i currently do not have record of my vaccinations but prior to the interview i will be getting all my vaccinations done as needed as per advice from the medical examiner. 
 
So not sure whether to answer yes or no.

You are filling out the form now,  do you have it.  A truthful answer will be no. 

It's not a big deal,  bring it with you when/if you have it.

 

Many people are made to get vaccinations regardless.

If the London bit is true why not and get them done on the NHS.
