Tomorrow is the day, if someone could look over what I'm taking and tell me if it sound ok that would be great :)

What is "All documentation establishing your eligibility for LPR status?"

Heres everything else I'm taking.

3 x passports. 1 x DL (hubby) .. what do I take for our youngest USC who has no pic id?

They already have our medicals.

3 x tax returns and 2 months of pay stubs. ( I already sent the original letter from HR stupidly)

I - 94s (with above passports)

5 x Birth Certs

Marriage Licence.

This is my supporting evidence....

All tax returns were jointly files, I have the 3 already mentioned.

A variety of bank statements from 2 banks with different addresses, from 2003 - present. Joint account ( I don't have the most recent one though) .. voided check from previous address.

Old lease from previous address with both names, can't find current one and landlord is on vacation (incredibly unthoughtful of him to go when I actually want to see him!!)

Medical bill in husbands name with claims for kids doctors annual check & seperate medical bill addressed to me.

Old bills in individual names but same address.

401K statement with printout of beneficiaries.

Photos, variety of pics (wedding ones are terrible as they were taken by my sister in law)

Life Insurance for hubby.

Kids report cards.

Police check (that just expired its 6 month life GRRRRR!!!, but seeing as I've been here 7 years I can't see it changing much)

What else should I take?

Thanks for your help :)

Thanks for asking the question about 'all evidence showing you are eligible to become a perm resident'. I was going over the checklist last weekend and wondered the same thing.

Sounds like you guys have been together a long time and you have a lot of evidence. You should be fine.

We only have a few utility bills together, plus our joint bank account, a letter from my landlord stating he is aware my husband is living there, but lots of pictures together and with family and friends. Both of my employers attended the wedding and put something about it in their employment letters.

I searched for the "All documentation establishing your eligibility for LPR status?" question, it appears that it is generally your marriage licence, your NOA, K1 visa (if you have 1). Basically all the things you are taking with you anyway. Seems a bit silly to have that on the checklist when its all covered later.

You've been married for many years now, and your list of supporting docs looks good to me. I wish you a speedy approval.

Kinda silly too for me but maybe it's just a matter of knowing what to pull out (& quick) in a bunch of evidences and for organization of files, so as not to miss anything. Good luck! Hope to see good news from you tomorrow here in VJ
