These are follow up questions to the ones I asked here: 

 

My fiancée already received a packet in the mail listing the interview requirements before the lockdown, is there a second packet she's supposed receive now with additional requirements?

The response in my previous thread said that she would receive the packet via email.  But I don't think they have her email address.  Should she contact the consulate and request the packet?

 

Thank you for any help you can provide.

If she has a good email iD i would send them  a notice of this

make sure you include the case #,  both names and both DOB's to make sure the info goes to your case packet

not sure why they said a 2nd packet unless now they have a new requirement like one concerned with covid issues
