Are NOA1s being delayed too?

I filed to have my EAD & AP renewed three weeks ago and I haven't received any kind of electronic notification or anything in the mail saying it was received with a case number. Every other application I've ever sent I usually got a text notification within a week. Are these notifications seeing delays now too? My USPS tracking shows someone signed for the application package when it arrived.

30 to 45 days is happening

Thank you that makes me feel a little better. I'm an idiot and filed for renewal 90 days before the card expires instead of 180 days. I'm not working but I'm going to lose my driver's license without the renewal so I'm super anxious about getting it ☹️
