If case returned to uscis so its better to wait for there responce or file a new petition??

Thanks.

Better to wait for the NOIR.   Filing a new petition before you rectify the issue is a waste of time for you and them.

The "typo" on the document (even though you fixed it now) was submitted incorrectly.  Married and Divorced is more than a typo but makes a significant difference in the detail of your case.  Were all the petitioners divorce documents submitted as well?   If so I'm surprised the question didn't come up sooner.

Be prepared to explain why the document was submitted with that error in the first place along with all your corrected documents.
