depending which embassy does interview as you said may be in UAE

If Casa does it,  all the downloaded documents need to be  backed up with the originals at the interview

you should receive a letter telling you exactly what is needed

this letter will say "bring original to interview"  or "document recd and not needed"

and if you do not produce the originals as requested at time of interview,  you will be in AP for missing documents

but if Casa does interview,  usually in AP (will say refused on CEAC till says issued or denied)  for the extra security checks

We aploud all documents  and we recievd the email thats said documents qualified  and also in the website  all documents showen accepted  after that we rquested change of location  from UAE  to Casablanca

And we recieved new case number to log with  and we log with new case number and evrything was there also

Today in the interview the they said nvc is empty and no documents there

We been ask to aploud some basic documents like form 864 and marriage certificate  police certificate  and birrth certificate and federal income tax return.

We are lost and confused how theres no documents  there  .but we can still seee them when we open the case from ouwer side .

And i dont know  if they gonna got fair decision regarding this application because we aploud  many documents  to support ower case but the embassy now ask for just thos basic one

I never ever heard about problem like this befor

if Casa can not see them ,  they were not forwarded from UAE to Casa

just do as embassy says and reload them

and yes,  things get lost in the system

it can be that your documents didn't get the label in the upper right hand corner with your case # ,  both names and both Dates of birth (DOB) on each and every page.  if you do not label them this way before scanning,  the computer and data entry workers don't know what case to put them in in the Casa embassy

Label them with the above info and resend them as instructed

quick worrying that you don't know why

just do what is needed to do or the case will not have a decision

always do what immigration says to do in this instance and any other that come up

allah yessir
