Packet 4 from who?

  We have our interview date 25Jan.  I think i read somewhere that my wife will receive by post mail,  paperwork for medical and whatever else I cant seem to think of at the moment.  Would this be Packet 4?  or even Packet 3 for that matter.  Where do they come from?  Have I already done packet 3?  I just have some confusion on my end about this issue.

packet 4 was the interview letter. 

There is no longer a packet 3 for IR1/CR1

Which embassy/consulate?  When exactly were you DQ?  How long it takes to get an interview slot depends on how ready the embassy/consulate is to process visas for your category and your position in the queue.  Please update your profile and timeline to get answers that are more applicable for your particular case.
