Hi everyone ,

Firstly thanks to everyone who shared their experiences and opinion every time I posted some thing to get knowledge on my case.

I received my eligibility letter for interview from Warsaw embassy around 3 weeks before. They said to start collecting documents for interview and pay fees but will not provide interview appointment until ban lifted that there are not sure when it`s going to lift. Do I have to pay fees and wait for available appointment or do I have to wait for president proclamation to lift ?

My fiancé works in USPS as rural carrier which she got job this year in Feb after 10 months of gap from her last job so the last year tax returns are not good, as we have to show tax return of last year, is that going to be a problem ?

Also around 3 months before she had an accident on work and got injured in her shoulder, so from last 3 months she is off from duty and is receiving pay checks from United States treasury. Doctor said she cant go back to work until next month and as we have to attach pay stubs with affidavit of support, is checks from US treasury is going to be a problem when consular will check it ?

Q-1. I read from what you state is that YOU should start collecting your documents and pay the fees and once they resume interviews then they will contact you or you will see the interview scheduling open with dates. Follow the letter. Do as they say and you will move forward.

Q-2 The are not interested in past income only current income. Pay stubs will substantiate the current income.

Q-3 Use whatever paperwork that you have, to support the income.

Don't try and overthink this process. Do what they are asking for and what they instruct you to do. You'll be better for it. Use the P3 letter where everything is outlined what you will need to do, where to go and what to present for documents. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

Hello. Q1 I received the same letter in October, so perhaps we will be called for interview soon, I have to go to Poland. We paid all fees as it is valid for one year. Other questions I can't answer. Was your interview appointment cancelled?

Yes, last August! Did you participate in a lawsuit?
