Approximate chances of getting an interview?

Is there a rough statistic out there of what % of I-751s are interviewed? I've heard anything from 2% all the way up to 50% LOL.

My wife adjusted from a B2 visa a while back and the interview was no problem. We have a kid together, own two cars and a house jointly, all finances comingled, etc and will soon file the I-751. Just curious how likely is it that we get (another) interview.

I've never seen that statistic.  You still have to file........sounds like you will have good evidence whether she has an interview or not.   Good luck.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Itis safe to say the better your evidence the greater chance USCIS will waive the interview.

I would gather up your joint account statements throughout the marriage, have joint tax returns for each year of your marriage include W2 and 1099 during marriage, download your tax transcripts for each tax return from IRS webpage. Birth certificates of all your children together, join home ownership docs, pictures, travel doc and so on.

One of the best sayings I've heard is to "prepare for an interview, and hope it gets waived". No one can tell you for sure what the probability of getting one waived is.

If your wife was already interviewed in the US and you have a compelling case, it's unlikely you'll get an interview but you never know.
