Well we can put aside the Misrepresentation if that was the issue then a waiver is available.

They do not believe in the validity of the relationship, so let us focus on that, so you first met 14 years ago,  what about more recently, say last 5 years, presumably USC is the one who visited, how many times and for how long? Anything unusual, big age difference for example?

no i am 6 years older them my wife. Last year she came 4 times ,we also went for 3 trip vacations. But with corona we did not see each other for one year...

And you submitted  evidence of all those trips?

fill out the timeline

Normal times it took about 6 months for packet to return to NVC and then back to USCIS office service center and to get the NOIR/NOID letter

no one here can tell you what to do at this point as the letter (i assume but do not know without a timeline) has not yet reached the USC.

when your spouse gets that letter it will be up to your wife to decide to respond to the NOIR/NOID

only she can do this action and may need your help only if a document to support her answers is needed

things that could be questioned that we have seen:

Did you decide to marry fast?

Did you marry on her first trip to meet you?

Did she spent a lot of quality time with you? more than a 10 day or 2 week visit and only 1 trip

other issues are much harder to overcome

but again,  nothing you,  the bene can do

this is up to the USC,  your wife

Well that  is the obvious issues, now at a loss.

Hello everyone ,Was attending the interview in US Embassy for Spouse visa CR1

On the firs interview ask to submit more evidence of relationship ,After they received it went for the second interview .

Visa Was denied with 212 (a) (6) (c) (i)

Never lied about anything ,was asking when did we decide to get married ,but we did not have specific date for it ,So i was honest and say August - September.

We did not propose to each other - we just decide to get married and spend our life together.

I have been told that visa was denied for miss data and not enough proof of relationship, but we submit everything they been asking for.

my wife is US citizen ,i was in US before and was deported for overstay - ban for 10 years, we apply when ban was over.

Can some one help? They told me case is back to USCIS for review and they will contact my wife for additional questions and if they decide to give me a visa i will get it.

Is it true? they really will contact my wife and ask her or its just to get me out/?

What can we do at his point?

Do we have a chance??

PLEASE HELP!!

On the refusal letter, they must have stated the exact reason for their decision. Most like they asked you to file for a waiver (1-601), (1-212) or both because of being deported. After the waiver is approved, then you have 90+ chance of getting a visa. I went through this similar situation and I made it and I’m back in the USA sitting pretty comfortable

No, relationship become romantic 2018,after that we see each other every two month

This is most unusual. Seeing each other every two months in an international marriage is a lot more than many people here can manage. I was fortunate to be able to see my husband every 6 or 8 weeks for 4 or 5 days at a time because I work for an airline and pay next to nothing for tickets and worked flexible hours. I have not seen many people here who were able to visit as often as I was. I find it hard to believe they doubt the relationship of a couple that spends that much time together and goes to such expense and inconvenience to fly that much. People have been approved who see each once a year.

How was your wife able to take 2 to 3 weeks off every 2 or 3 months? That’s a lot of time off. More than most people in the US can take off work.

There must be something more to this.
