Hi
NVC approve me since August 2020.
After being approved by the Nvc, I await my invitation interview.

For reasons of security, kidnapping, riots, civil disturbance, poverty and others
I moved from Haiti to the neighboring republic the dominican republic. where I'm now.

I believe that the embassy in Haiti could not function for these murky riots

Is it possible to change interview location from one country to another neighbor country ?
i would like to change my interview to another country [Dominican Republic ]
I did some research it is the form ar-11 ????
is it fast ?

If you are a legal resident outside your home country, you can interview there.  Contact NVC and the consulate in the country where you reside to facilitate the transfer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

It won't be fast.  Even pre-COVID, nothing with US immigration is 'fast.'
