Is this a possible misrepresentation on bank application?

Hi all, this is my situation.

I moved to the US back in 2014 on a F1 visa. That summer, my school had an orientation and many companies were there including Wells Fargo to help new students open a bank account.

I was just going through my documents and found out that apparently I marked "YES" on the question "Do you permanently reside in the US?"

I'm afraid that USCIS may interpret it as me showing intention to stay permanently in the US when I was on a F1 visa. I never had this intention as I continued my education and graduated and got married in 2018.

Is this a misrepresentation that could possibly revoke my green card (I became permanent resident in 2019) and negatively affect future naturalization?

No. The answer on the bank form is neither willful nor material to your GC approval.

Thank you for your answer.

The thing about this bank application was that that orientation was for international students, meaning that we weren't supposed to reside in the US permanently.

Material means that my answer, whether it's yes or no on that question, has no importance or affect on USCIS approving my GC application correct? And like I said, I became one back in 2019.
