I mailed my I-90 back vía USPS on 12/5/20 and it still ‘in transit’ arriving late. I sent certified mail to the PO BOX in Arizona. The dates were wrong on the greencard so I had to surrender the card.

The dates on the card are 5-17-21 card expires and 5-17-19 residence since, these dates are 3 months too early and according to these dates my 90 window is approaching fast while the real 90 window begins in May 2021and expires in August in reality.

Is there a way to contact the USCIS and let them know the sorry USPS lost my greencard I returned for wrong dates?

Thanks

First of all, why are filing an I-90?! If you are trying to remove conditions based on marriage, you need to file an I-751 and provide the bona fide evidence that show you two living together and having comingle finances

Because USCIS issued Green Card with wrong expiration date. Also, its still too early for actual ROC window (May 25 to August 23).

Did you reach out to USCIS to confirm that they've actually lost the package? USPS has been notoriously slow this holiday season. Hopefully you have a copy of the green card. If USPS actually lost the card you might have to file another I-90 for lost card.

Yes I called the USPS and they gave me the canned statement that it the holidays, I should be receiving an update any money now etc etc. they just basically tell you what you want to hear so you go away. Im praying it get delivered next week but I’m staring doubt it maybe it’s lost.

Is there a person I call call  at USCIS or should make an appointment?

Thanks

USCIS is currently as slow. My friend sent a package late October via USPS. He just barely got confirmation that his check was cashed, just last week.

Now factor Christmas and you will have to be as patient as you can be

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I would give it some more time. My packages and mail were all delayed and/or had weird tracking this month.

I mentioned them being late because I personally have a few packages that are significantly delayed. So while it's possible they lost, it right now, they are unusually delayed- I do a lot of deliveries.

You just call the uscis contact center. You wouldn't be able to make an appointment for this.

No, the dates on the card are incorrect. This has already been discussed:

I am confused and makes zero sense reading any past discussions with zero points to prove why it is incorrect.

I was approved on Dec 2 and two years later it expired on Dec 3rd. Am I missing something for the OP?
