NVC did not accept documents twice , F2B

Hello! Our documents aRe REJECTED ONCE AGAIN. all of it are submitted by our agent, we have given them all the needed documents but it seems like they’re not uploading it properly. Last June we received a message from nvc requiring additional sponsors so we submitted sponsors, the documents they uploaded last june was rejected at september because the i-864 expired so we submitted a new one to the agent and he uploaded last September 12. 
 

today, december 12 we received these message. Our documents are rejected, once again, what must we do? We keep waiting and waiting but always get rejected. Our agent is the one in charge of uploading and scanning documents.

Don't wait for others. In our case a lawyer did everything wrong too, and cost us 4 months.

You can upload our own documents.

We gave them the documents since we dont know how to scan and upload. they're incharge of submitting and uploading but 6 months have been wasted just because of those documents :(

You keep using an “agent” and keep expecting different results.  That isn’t logical.  So you need to get rid of the agent and learn to do this yourself.  
 

Scanning is easy.  Just get get an app like Scanner Pro for your iPhone or Android phone.  Then email the documents to yourself.  
 

For upload it is best to have a Windows or Mac lap top computer to deal with depart of state web sites.  Log into the lap top, then access your email, download the scanned documents.  
 

Then log into the state department website and upload the scanned documents.  
 

The fact that you were able to post a screen shot to this forum tells me that you have the skills needed to do all this yourself.

You have apps for smartphone phone who transfor a photo to a PDF. Or you can ask help for a friend or family. This person will delay your case even more. I recommend you to take control of this if you want done right.

And ask for a refund $ because they are responsible for the mistakes. I did and get $1000 back from my lazy ex lawyer
