ROC received by lockbox but no notification?

My husband's green card expires 12/19.  We sent off his papers last month and the USPS tracking says it was received on 11/30.  I put in an electronic payment as well as the E-notification form.  They've not taken out payment or sent a notification of it being received.  What should I do?

When I tried calling USCIS, they said I needed a receipt number but I don't have one so they can't give me any information.

I tried emailing Lockbox support but received an email stating "An inquiry related to a receipt notice for Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence or I-829, Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status will not be addressed, as those notices are not printed by the lockbox.  The Lockbox has recently experienced a significant increase in filings. This, in addition to the restrictions put in place because of the COVID-19 pandemic is causing significant delays for processing receipt notices. USCIS continues to work hard to minimize delays."

What should I do?  What if I don't get a notification before his card expires?  Will he lose his job?  Will he be out of status?

Should I resend?  What if they eventually process both?  Will they return the money from the first one?

The DMV made this license expire that day as well.  How can he renew if his green card is expired?

I think most people haven't been receiving text and e-mail notifications though they submitted G-1145. The general delay between USCIS receiving a ROC package and cashing of payment + issuance of NOA is roughly 30-45 days based on what I've been reading around here.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

A friend his in late October.  He just got a status update this past Monday that his check was cashed. So roughly 5-6 weeks is a norm during this COVID times

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

It is taking about 5+ weeks now to get a payment cleared. Most recently, no notifications are going out. Just checks cashing/credit cards being charged.

with an 11/30 date, I think you might not hear till safely in January. Mine was received November 7th and I don't expect to hear till next week

In regards to what to do- you can't do anything at this point. That ship sorta sailed
Ur husband cannot lose a current job he has when his green card expires. An employer cannot ask for reverification of status. If he is to go out to get a new job, that will be a separate issue.

All you can do for the license is wait till you get the letter extending the green card (or NOA if your state uses that) U cannot renew with an expired card- that's the whole reason they put the expiration date with the card. Unfortunately, it appears he will be without a valid license from December 19th until he gets that letter

Stay calm and whatever you do, DO NOT FILE AGAIN. that will definitely mess things up
