Hello Guys,
An update with a question referring to form I-130. i have started putting together all the forms needed for refiling AOS.
One form i am working on is the I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative). In my first application my mom was approved for I-130.
My question are:
Do i need to reapply for the I-130 bear in mind that AOS was denied
If yes, there is a section in the I-130 form that ask if i have applied for the applicant in the past. Would that be a Yes or No

thanks

No need to re-submit an I-130 if the first one was approved.  Just include the approval notification for the I-130 with the new I-485 package.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Yes.  Send a copy of that I-797 along with the I-485 package.

Hello Everyone, i wanted to give an UPDATE on this.

After everyone here said i should i reapply for my mom instead of going the i290B route.

I want to say that i just checked my mom status and her i485 has been approved. Earlier in the morning when i check her status it says "Card Was Mailed To Me".

I want to thank everyone for all the advise you provided.

I specifically want to thank @Lucky Cat for your quick response and guidance. I wont have been in a better place if not for you all.

Thank You
