Question 1 - I became Permanent resident (Greencard) on 19-October-2012. In Feb-2018 I got rentry permit approved (Form I-131) for 2 years. I was outsuide USA for almost this period (Except 2-3 months when I was back to USA to be with my family). I came back in Feb 2020 before expiry of ReEntry Permit.

Can I apply again for rentry permit I-131. What are the chances of approval.

Question 2- I am Permanent resident (Greencard holder). And my family is citizen here. My wife (married for last 25 years). My daughter who is 18 years old. And then Son 12 years and another daughter 4 years old.

If I abandon/surrender my green card, in future can I get greencard again based on my wife or Daughter? How long does it take to get approved? and how much approx on high level does this cost?

Why not applying for citizenship and avoid all this hassle? Are you from a country that doesn't allow dual citizenship?

With citizenship you can stay out of the country for as many years as you want without worrying about reentry permit.

Re-entry permit is easier than a new application. Your daughter can only sponsor you when she is 21 or older. Wife obviously can sponsor you. These processes are currently taking 12-18 months, it will not be something you can just suddenly decide to do. Cost and hassle (such as evidence of relationships, affidavit of support) will be much more than a re-entry permit for sure.
