Sending additional documents without RFE

When I sent my ROC package I neglected to include my tax return. Can I send it now with a letter explaining or do I need to wait until I get an RFE? And do I send it to the same place as the original package?

Ita always better to provide documents as soon as possible instead of waiting for a RFE because it just prolong the process.

I would wait until they send the rfe because your package might not be at the same location where u sent  it first and it might even slow down your processing.

wait for the RFE. If you send it now it may never make it into your file.
