Is there a trick to getting through and speaking with a live agent? Every time I call, an automated system asks me what I need help with, I’ve tried everything including “speak to a live agent” and cannot be put through.

Oh my gosh thank you! Will try this tomorrow! Haha.  I have tried “speak to a representative” “speak to a live agent” “speak to an immigration officer”.  Each time I calll the automated machine tells me she can’t help me and ends the call :(
