Hello, is there a way to check when my K1 package from NVC arrives at the embassy? 

The wrote me it's on it's way since December  2.

We are going into the next lockdown after Christmas and I'm a plaintiff of the lawsuit.

The embassy in German is not processing any visas beyond student and B1/B2 according to USCIS website. You should be a part of the conversation over in the sub-forum for your country/region. Go to the blue ribbon above, select "forums" then scroll about three-fourths of the page down and select the region that most represents where your country is located.  Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

Greenbaum, we joined the lawsuit and are in a banned country,  our case moved after we won the TRO from NVC to the embassy.  

So you see it was worth while.

BTW there is an better way when answering and wanting to quote someone.
 
Use the "@" sign in a blank reply box then begin typing the person's nick to bring up a list with their name and select their name. If it is done right, you should see a blue box around their nick like this @Greenbaum. When you use the @ sign you would use it in a blank reply and not a "+" reply.

just some FYI as just putting a person's nik will not get their attention if they are not a student of this thread.
