Hey VJ Fam, 

In August and October the US Consulate called to pick up a document requested with Form 221g. However everytime i get to the GSS office in Victoria Island they will me the embassy didnt send any document. This is the fouth time i have travelled to Lagos for the document and same result. Has anyone experience anything like this before and how did you resolve it. Thanks
