Another thing, the U.S. Embassy is in Manila, is Manila a province or a city? I'm getting mixed answers.
The form is asking whether the embassy is in a city, town or province:
62.a. City or Province
62.b. Province
Which one should I fill out?

This is what I put on mine

It is really much ado about nothing.  Metro Manila / National Capital Region, who really cares

YMMV

From OP's previous posts, he seems to be the beneficiary in an IR2 petition , not spouse.

Hi, I just read the I-130 form guide from USCIS.

It says: If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many
children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless
otherwise directed.

Which one is correct? Will either work (0 and None)?
