I lost the enclosed envelope for RFE.

Hello everyone, I received a RFE from USCIS after I submitted my I751 form. Right now I have enough documents that they require, and I am ready to send them to USCIS, but I figured out that I lost the enclosed envelope that they sent me along with the RFE letter. I don't know which address should I send my documents because I lost the envelope with the return address on it. I live in Seattle, Washington. Can someone help me with this, please!!! Thank you so much.

You need to contact USCIS and have them help you determine where to send the RFE. Expect delays as I believe your letter has a barcode that leads the IO to your record. Your reply would have an address directly to the IO handling your case. 

 

Lesson learned here and that is you need to be more careful with your correspondence with USCIS, NVC and your embassy. I suggest that you scan your documents (there are apps out there that will allow you to take a picture and it turns the picture into a PDF if you do not have a scanner) and keep a copy on your device and one in the cloud like drop box, google drive etc. Most are free to use. Once it is in the cloud then both you and your fiancé have access to the documents in the event they are needed.

Thank you so much for your response. I was careless at that point, but fortunately I took a picture of the letter when I received it. I will print out the letter and send it with my documents.
