Hello,

Me and my wife have finished the DS-260 form, signed and submitted and now we are gathering the civil documents that are required to submit. (birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport, police certificate etc.)

All of these are clear except for a section that asks for "PHOTOS". I cannot find any information about these on the Travel.gov FAQ site as it only refers to the other documents. Does anyone know what Photos they are asking for? Is it just photo evidence of us together? or is it another passport style photo?

I cannot seem to find any information, it is just a tab that says "Photos" under the civil documents tab.

Photographs for immigrants are optional in DS-260 form submission stage.

You need to carry them during your interview.

PS: I chose to submit my photographs as part of form DS-260 as optional attachments

I have just submitted civil documents on CEAC, and (visa) photos are mandatory in my case. This was how my screen looked (photo grabbed from NVC website):

Hi thanks for the info, I'm also at the NVC stage, was wondering if you submitted passport size photos for the minors or was it other kind of photos, at the civil documents section? do they require passport size for minors?
