Re-submitting after a rejection notice

Hi, we are having to resubmit our AoS package after making a really silly mistake with our payment.

However, we are still a bit unclear whether to resubmit the package exactly as it was sent to us or to rearrange it into its original form. The package which was sent back to us is in a different order, has no cover letters and a code printed along the bottom of each page as per the attached photo.

I have read other threads on this forum which suggest that we should simply send the package back as we received it with the green notice on the top.

I just wanted to check whether this was still the case though as we really wouldn't want to have to submit it a third time.

Thanks for all your help
