Sory for bother you again just want to know when your status changed  to ))Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS)) is that when you got approved or its just a normal status for every one?

For me. That message came the day before we got the approval email. I’m sure it can vary for everyone.

Everything impacts everything but having a joint sponsor is not a problem.  Note that if your parents are married to each other, or to somebody new, One party in the married couple is the joint sponsor, and the other completes and signs the I-864a as a household member.

Hi there, I dont know if what im asking for is on visa journey...

But is there a list which shows a list of documents which I need to upload on the NVC website for the financial documents, joint sponsorship etc.?

thanks

The Affidavit of Support form is I-864. The instructions for the form will tell you what to include with the form. Pay attention to the section about tax return requirements.

The primary sponsor (you as spouse) has to submit an I-864 with accompanying documentation  whether you qualify or not. Your joint sponsor will complete a separate I-864 with additional documentation.

Those two I-864s+required documentation are what is uploaded to NVC.

This USCIS page has the form and instructions plus a checklist of things to include but it depends on the situation. I suggest you print a form and go through it for yourself using the instructions while making a draft to get your head around what is asked for and how it fits your situation.

Just would like to clarify on this...

Myself (petitioner) and my mother (joint sponsor) would each complete an I-864... While my father (household member married to my mom) would complete the I-864a?
