fe review case Nvc

Help please .

Resubmit document on the 23rd of November but all documents are accepted I got a fe review case from NVC stating they need W-2 form a joint sponsor. I send it in the same day how long does NVC take to review it.

It may take anywhere from a few days to a few months. Once you resubmit the waiting restart again.

Please ensure you obtain tax transcripts for the petitioner and sponsor. The Jamaican Embassy has been requiring it from applicants.

@NikibooHere's the link to get the tax transcript online https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript. A lot of ppl have gotten temporary refusals (221g) for not having the transcript(s). You don't want that as it can cause a long delay in finalizing your case. You may follow our JA thread here also
