Can I delete and incomplete DS 260 and start over?

I’ve been having problems with signing and submitting our DS 260. Every time I click on the button, it takes me to the sign in page, and when I sign in, I am taken to the summary/home page. I was able to submit the i-864. 
 

I don’t know if this will solve the issue, but is there a way for me to delete the saved DS 260 and start over?

Good morning! Question, what browser are you using? The website says it will work with various browsers but best supported by Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher. Maybe try a different browser that you may have on the computer.

 

That aside, have you tried clearing your browser history and cache? Sometimes this little step might help.

 

I'm not sure if the CEAC website is still set up the same way like it was before but a few years back I was always able to redo my DS-160 (not DS-260 but it's on the same website) more than once. Hopefully someone else can clarify if you could resubmit a new DS-260 😊

Hi @KULtoATL thank you for responding. 😊 I used Chrome, IE, and Edge on 2 different computers. Also tried it on Chrome and Safari on an iPhone and an iPad. Cleared browsing history (all time) several times and same thing happened. 

 

I sent a message via the NVC inquiry form about 20 hours ago. Awaiting their feedback. Might also call them later. Hopefully they pick up.

I am in India and I had the same issue. My dad is in USA and he was able to access DS-260. So we had a Google meet video call in the weekend (5th and 6th) and he shared the screen. I dictated to him what he should type and we were able to complete DS-260 and it was submitted on 6th Dec 2020.

Glad the trick worked for you @BKrishna!  I called NVC last night (9AM EST), and the agent asked me to call an hour later because the IT guys were on break. Called an hour later but couldn't get thru ("all our customer service agents are assisting other callers"). So I just went ahead and tried it again on my iPhone. Lo and behold, I was able to sign and submit it!
