After expedite gets approved then what ?

So when your expedite gets approved and sent to the us consulate in your home country . Can you do your medical exam before you scheduled an interview? Or do you need to schedule the interview first before doing medical exam ? And how do you scheduled your own interview ?

You have to wait until

you get your interview letter that’s what you have to take to the doctor.

Can you please tell me how you did your expedite? Step by step plz , am planing to do so for my wife i 130

Step1: I sent a request to expedite my husband case at the uscis stage and it got approved less then 3 days . My reason were severely financial reason and stresses from working at the hospital during COVID. 
step 2: when that case got to NVC I. I submitted all the documents and made all the payment 

step 3: I requested an expedite again at the NVC stage and it was denied  even though I used the same reason as the USCIS  stage . 
Step 4: I requested the expedite 4 more times and it was still denied

step 5  ;  I tried again for the fifth time and they Approved

so basically you kept requesting the same reason until they approved it hahaha

I only requested once at the NVC stage, and they denied it.

No I tried two different reasons but they still denied and they told me to submit another request with other evidence. So I told them that I have already submitted all the evidence I have and I don’t know what more they want from me . Exactly a week later they approved

For USCIS stage : I called them for the expedite  For  NVC stage : you have to email your expedite request at NVCexpedite@state.gov

No for uscis step you have to call them for expedite. They don’t have email address for expedite
