n600k help

Timeline

hey friends , my wife is usc and she dint meet requirement of 5 yr stay for passing crba to our son.So we decided to apply for n600k using the grand parents route.We had applied in jan 2020 and the case was received by them.After that there has been no update till now.what should we be doing now as the next step should have been case acceptance but still no news from uscis.Did anyone got their n600k processes.The avg processing time is 9months.but its already 11 months.Please help about what next step we should take for it.My son already has a b2 visa to travel for oath ceremony.
