Issue with credit card debts

I am preparing my I-485 and I-944 documents. My only concern is the credit card debts I have - currently ~15k. Other than that I have a good credit score of 725, always had and have health insurance. I have a saving account which has around 10k in savings, 401k 2x the saving account, but checking account is always around $0. My salary is 90k.

At this point how should I prepare and approach I-944? I am thinking of having 12 month statement of my savings account, not including my checking account as it cannot be counted as asset and a statement of 401k. Also thinking of adding the credit score and report (as required), and just submitting the ‘most recent’ statements of the credit cards.

Please suggest me your recommendations about the documents I mentioned. I am not having any attonery for this yet. Do you think I should have an attorney for this debt situation?

Are you the immigrant or US citizen? I-944 is asking about the immigrant's debts: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-944instr-pc.pdf "Item Number 10. Liabilities/Debts. Provide a list of all your liabilities or debts. Examples of liabilities and debts include mortgages, car loans, unpaid child or spousal support, unpaid taxes, and credit card debt. Provide documentation for each liability or debt. If you need extra space to complete this section, use the space provided in Part 9. Additional Information."
