Name question

Got the tax transcripts in, the last piece of documentation to include... Now I'm filling out the I-751 and at last I get the chance to ask a seemingly stupid question

In Part 4 of the I-751, info about the spouse through whom you gained your conditional residence.

I'm sure it has to be the US spouse's current name...

My wife changed her name on her SSN and DL to Kathleen "maiden name" "husband's family name"

Her middle name is nowhere featured on official documents, except her birth certificate.

Do we fill out her maiden name as "Middle Name" on the I-751?

Yes you can.We had the same situation.My wife uses maiden name somewhere and married name somewhere else.May bills have her married name.On the form ,we put the maiden name.Hope this helps..

OK thanks. Our car insurance papers shows her middle initial to be for her maiden name as well, so we'll go with that.
