My wife is filling out the DS 260 for her immigrant visa and it asks if she will be immigrating with her daughter. I told her to check "NO" because our daughter is a dual Colombian....US citizen. 

But it does feel weird to put down that she won't be immigrating with her now or at a latter date.

You are right, because US Citizens NEVER immigrate TO the USA.

Yeah, I just asked this same question about a week ago....it is weird.
